HPC’s LMS solution works like a virtual librarian, managing your library’s budget, making purchasing decisions, overseeing subscription renewals, managing communication of library resources, and providing day-to-day search assistance and support to staff and library patrons.

Steps for Getting Started

HPC will provide a complete initial analysis of a client’s medical library, looking at current spend, processes and costs as well as utilization and demand. We then work with the client and their staff to eliminate wasteful spending, provide as-needed assistance for article search requests and instructional training for library visitors, offer process improvement recommendations and ultimately maximize the client’s ROI on their library.
