Please note that for debit cards only, payment is authorized in two stages. After you place your order, the bank will hold an initial authorization for the merchandise subtotal and then again when taxes are added later. This may result in what appears to be a duplicate charge for 3-4 days. However, the initial authorization will be released after this time period and you should see a single charge for the full amount on your checking account.
- Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for all orders.
- Credit cards will be billed once order is shipped or once the electronic access code is delivered.
- Checks made payable to Hilton Publishing Company, Inc. are accepted on mail orders only.
- HPC’s preferred method of payment is by ACH. Requests for HPC’s banking information can be send to email@example.com.
Not all media purchases are returnable. Customer must contract HPC regarding product return, if product is returnable customer will receive a return authorization number (RA#) with the address of where to ship media. Media returned without an RA# will not receive credit from HPC. HPC must be notified immediately of damaged shipments and pictures provided of damaged packaging/media. HPC must be notified within 15 days of receipt of media of intended return. All returned items must be in saleable condition. Products which are NOT returnable include, but are not limited to: PDA software, online service products, downloads, used items, and certain books and other electronic products.
